چکیده
Nickel oxide deposited silica stationary phase was prepared by liquid deposition and characterized. Its chromatographic performance evaluated using several compounds such as typical polar benzimidazoles probes. The effects of mobile variables acetonitrile content, salt concentration, pH on the behavior, thermodynamics, kinetics these were investigated to reveal retention mechanism. results showed that exhibited a behavior hydrophilic interaction chromatography, multiple mechanisms including partitioning, adsorption, ion-exchange, electrostatic attraction, coordination interactions contributed solute retention. nickel electron-accepting sites electron-donating solutes resulted in mixed-mode phase, which could be very useful for enhancing selectivity analytes. batch-to-batch reproducibility acceptable with relative standard deviations probe less than 9.89%. successfully employed separation compounds, it better effect different from column commercial Zorbax NH2 column.

Preparation and characterization of surfactin-modified silica stationary phase for reversed-phase and hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography.
Surfactants are good candidates as selectors in mixed-mode reversed-phase liquid chromatography (RPLC)/hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC) because they contain both a hydrophobic and a hydrophilic moiety. Surfactin, a cyclic heptapeptide, is an efficient biosurfactant produced by Bacillus subtilis that comprises seven amino acids and a β-hydroxyl fatty acid. A surfactin-modifi...
متن کاملSilica based click amino stationary phase for ion chromatography and hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography.
A silica based amino stationary phase was prepared by immobilization of propargylamine on azide-silica via click chemistry. This readily prepared click amino stationary phase demonstrated good selectivity in separation of common inorganic anions under ion chromatography (IC) mode, and the triazole ring in combination with free amino group was observed to play a major role for separation of the ...
متن کاملPoly(L-lactic acid)-modified silica stationary phase for reversed-phase and hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography.
Poly(L-lactic acid) is a linear aliphatic thermoplastic polyester that can be produced from renewable resources. A poly(L-lactic acid)-modified silica stationary phase was newly prepared by amide bond reaction between amino groups on aminopropyl silica and carboxylic acid groups at the end of the poly(L-lactic acid) chain. The poly(L-lactic acid)-silica column was characterized in reversed-phas...
متن کاملAn arginine-functionalized stationary phase for hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography.
An arginine-functionalized stationary phase for hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC) has been prepared for the first time by clicking arginine onto silica gel. It offers an efficient separation of organic acids, nucleotides and sugars. More interestingly, it exhibited excellent selectivity and enrichment toward acidic glycopeptides, even at a ratio of 1 : 150 to non-glycopeptides.
متن کاملNew poly(ionic liquid)-grafted silica multi-mode stationary phase for anion-exchange/reversed-phase/hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography.
A new poly(ionic liquid)-grafted silica stationary phase was prepared and characterized. It was then applied for multi-mode chromatographies, including ion-exchange, reversed-phase, and hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatographies for the effective separation of anions, hydrophobic compounds, and small polar molecules, respectively.
